Fabien Vieau

Fabien is responsible for leading Sepia Infrastructure’s strategic direction and managing day to day activities, serving as both CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Prior to launching Sepia, Fabien held senior global and regional executive roles at Google, where he played a central role in shaping the company’s European data centre strategy. His work spanned location strategy, infrastructure sourcing, community engagement, sustainability innovation, and low-carbon energy procurement. Over the course of his career, Fabien has delivered more than 100 data centre transactions across 15+ countries, securing over 1,000 hectares of powered land capable of delivering multiple GW of capacity, along with GWs of renewable PPAs. He also led initiatives in heat recovery, low-carbon construction, and regulatory negotiations in the data centre and energy sectors.
