Andrew is responsible for origination and market development.
Andrew brings over two decades of infrastructure expertise, including 17 years at Google where he oversaw the construction and compliance of its global submarine cable portfolio. A pioneer of the sole-investor model for subsea systems, he delivered five transcontinental networks spanning 60,000 km. Andrew’s track record includes leading data centre and network expansion across more than 30 global metropolitan areas, where he developed Google’s inaugural in-house core network facility designs and steered its serving location strategy.
