Marcus oversees the technical delivery of Sepia’s campus infrastructure, from concept to commissioning.
A Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of experience, Marcus held senior leadership roles at RED Engineering, Deerns, and Arup, where he led multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex data centre projects. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the delivery of over 750 MW of IT capacity across Europe and South America. His work has focused on driving energy efficiency, re-use of materials and infrastructure, and optimising sustainability across the full lifecycle of data centre developments.
